PPOB "Unavailable"!

OK, thanks. Good point....I did find it online. However, fuses 11 & 17 show being located in the passenger footwell area. Those, yes, ARE numbered but I don't have fuses in those slots. They show not used, or spare. So much for that solution path....guess you can't believe AI.

So, ok then, any suggestions on where to go from here?

Does the test button do anything? I didn't have the update for PPOB with the truck off prior to getting updates as a part of recall work. I haven't checked since then to see if I now have it. Does it give you the same error if you try to turn on the outlets from the bed?

Thanks, but no. All outlets in frunk and bed are dead and the power activate in the bed does nothing. The "test" button only provides a ground fault to test the GFCI and is only active if power is available....which it isn't. The PPOB system is completely dead!

If all that other stuff didn't work, check for a wiring/connector issue under the drivers side rear wheel.

I have seen that be an issue in a post somewhere one of these maybe?

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, I had to be in court to testify in the trial of one of the defendants who killed my son last year and they kept me waiting there tow whole days...it is what it is...

Have you checked for diagnostic trouble codes(DTCs)?

One of the breaker buttons in the bed by the outlets could be stuck as well...I think that happened to someone?

Worst case scenarios:

1) one or more bad DC-AC inverter(s)
2) HVB to inverter wiring which is way up under the bed

Thanks much everyone. Yes, the breakers appear to be normal, no DTCs, all the fuses are good and all the accessible wiring and connector seem good. I would think if a GFI or over current fault occurred it would be further identified...but who knows? Again, it sure would be nice to know the inputs to each trouble screen that pops up....like DTCs and a scanner.

It would seem the "Try Again Later" would be some kind of clue....like let things cool down...though you'd think it would tell you it had a high temp shutdown....nope. In fact, it's been very mild here with temps in the high 70's-low 80's.

I guess I'll try the dealer.....a very scary proposition.

I used a OBDLinkMX+ and the OBDLink phone scanner app. Though I doubt that it would see any PPOB inputs anyway. Thanks

If you are ok sharing your VIN there are people who can look up the codes
