Do we know if ford has a way to detect the issue? I can’t be the first one. Lol

Maybe it’s the high voltage BMS itself. I wonder if there’s some kind of reset they can do on it. I know there’s a BMS reset process for the 12v BMS.

Shortly after I posted, somebody posted a screenshot of their trucks cell stats that were in Oasis. It shows current, but I wonder if it shows historical as well, seems like it'd be a lot of data to hold on each cell tho.

Edit: Lol it was in this thread, my bad 😂😂😂

Something ain’t right. Even warmed up, preconditioned and at 72% SOC, power is reduced.

Battery still looks a bit cold based on the icon at the top
Oh fair point. Maybe I’ll let it warm up more and assess changes. Either way capacity is still down

As we wait for a response from ford, the app is saying mileage is zero now. Maybe this is a software glitch. But this is new. I messaged Brian @Ford Motor Company who hasn’t responded yet. Hoping ford can tell the dealership what needs done.

The 0 miles is a known bug that has been going on for at least a couple months now. I haven't run into it but quite a few have reported it on the facebook/reddit groups. Some have had luck force closing the app and other have had to start the truck to get it to reset.

Ahh good call. Mileage came back on its own. Odd, something else new.

Thanks to Brian, someone from customer service called and told me it was a cell in a module that’s bad. They want me to change dealerships to attempt to get the issue fixed in 2 weeks. But unfortunately I’m moving cross country in a week so I have to see what options I have.

Im having exactly the same issue. Already been to the dealership twice with nothing resolved. They say ford told them to change the Battery Control Module. Im sure it's a bad cell or module. Is there any app available with a OBD reader that will show individual module voltages or individual state of charge?

The dealership should be able to see the individual voltages like I posted above in FDRS. Car Scanner with an obdii dongle shows the voltage and SOC variation but doesn't give you the granular detail of something like FDRS or one of the Autel scan tools.

To answer your question directly.
Yes there are several that will do that. For your best result you should search the forum for ODB reader. Others here know more about which ones to look for than me.
