Make sure your cc info is up to date for plug and charge if that's what you are using. I haven't had this issue, but that could be one thing to check on your end.

My 2023 Ford Lightning is not charging for me. I had it towed to the dealership. They put it on their charger and said it was just fine. After having my truck for a week, I picked it up and almost ran out of energy because it wouldn’t charge at any station. I had it towed back in. The same thing happened; they said they did resets and updated the system with no charging problems at the dealership, then sent it back home.

The third time, I ran low on charge, and I was at 100 miles trying to find charging stations that worked—Level 2 and Level 3 stations like Evo and Gravity were a no-go. I took it to a different dealership, and they changed the battery, then sent it home. The truck did the same thing again. I took it back to the dealership, and they called Ford; now they don’t know what to do. The dealership and Ford are confused, but I have 29,000 miles on it, so I can’t get another one. I hate this truck . The dealership took I was lying. Until it wouldn’t on there blue oval network

Going out on a limb here that your truck's DCFC pin may be stuck. Suggest trying this - and if it works you're good.
