Blinker Audio Issues

Just to provide context, I have turned my vehicle into my local Ford dealership for repair regarding this issue twice they’ve come back to me, saying they cannot figure out the issue. When I activate my blinker, there is a muddled sound of the original blinker sound or should I say “distorted”.
My dealership has already replaced the actual blinker module and it still continues to come back. I was just wondering if any of you have heard it or seen it or have a fix for it. I’m attaching a video of the actual sound that’s coming off the blinker. Hopefully someone can relate.

Did they check your 12v battery? It can cause a lot of odd sounds and wonky behavior

The cluster speaker handles the turn signal sound. Same as it handles the back up chimes. Sounds like the Cluster audio has an issue.

Yes, if it's not the electronics, then it is the actual speaker itself I'd guess.
Distortion due to over-driving the speaker from an amplifier (like guitar players do) can cause distortion - that would be electronic.

However, a tear in a speaker can cause alos distortion, or a loose mounting.

These are little "mini-speakers" in the instrument cluster.
Like this I suppose:

So if the mounting screws came loose, it could vibrate and sound distorter - or - if it is a membrane type speaker with a magnetic coil, and had some damage (a tear or puncture to the membrane for example or a short in the coil) it could sound distorted - or - if it is a piezoelectric speaker, the diaphragm could have a tear.

So ask them to replace the mini-speaker and see if that does it perhaps?

Since DAY ONE, my blinker tone varies with the mood of the truck, seems to be most variable when I get an OTA, you're not alone, I don't think theres anything they can do.

BTW: I'll be installing a fresh LVB {12 v battery} on August 5th when she reaches her 3rd birthday, I'd love to see that it improves the situation, but not likely since this problem has been ongoing and sporadic, sometimes I have the softer tone then other times the squeaky tone.
