McGovern Framingham had my truck for 1.5-2 months for some basic stuff. In that time, it sat on the lot (didn't move).

Agree to stay away from McGovern Framingham. Brought truck in for what should've been a quick required update and it took over 2 weeks. When checking on Ford Pass app I could tell my truck hadn't moved/been looked at and took me escalating to get issue resolved.
