Brake pedal feel

Hi! Whenever I depress the brake pedal, it feels like braking through a thin sheet of ice before the pedal operates normally. I have tried to get used to it after the dealer told me it was normal, but brought it back again only to learn that this sensation stems from the regenerative brake function. It is very noticeable even with the truck off. Our Tesla does not do this. So I wonder if anyone had this experience? I have yet to drive another Lightning to compare...

30k miles on the truck. Most in 1-pedal driving.

I have the same truck, same mileage, and the brake pedal has always seemed smooth and the feedback pressure normally proportional. No "breaking through a thin sheet of ice " feeling.

Thanks! That's what I expected. Should I just try another service center? I bought the truck used and it is far from the original dealer...
