I’ll need to check this out. Mine died about 3 weeks ago and it’s too annoying for me to want to pull the whole thing out and charge it.If you are using firmware version 10.50.0, send them an email, the same thing happened to me on this version and the battery was not able to keep up. The company recently pushed out 10.50.4 and the battery issues went away.
I am not 100% sure that the battery issue was caused by the .0 firmware. At the time, we pulled all of the cables and reset them just to make sure everything was tight.
Can I just plug it into one of the USB c chargers in my car to charge it without taking the whole stupid thing out and apart?
