I'm troubleshooting why I haven't gotten the FCSP (or the $500 GC and extra EA credits) almost a month after taking delivery of our Lightning. For those who received these items, does your Ford.com status still show, "Complete Purchase in Progress?"

Update (7/27): I contacted the dealer a second time and they told me that they didn't mark the truck as sold until this morning (after i called them the first time). I'm not sure how this will impact the credits I was supposed to get but I'll update this post once I have an answer from Ford corporate.

Update (7/28): My truck now shows up as sold on 7/26/22 even though I bought it on 6/28/22 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️.

Update (7/28): I had a very nice call with someone at the customer relations center. They seemed empowered to help me out and opened a case. We shall see if @Ford Motor Company can make it right.

That’s Odd. Has your loan posted yet?

I just received mine yesterday, took about 2 1/2 weeks.

No. It moved to full delivered status.

That would make sense. I would maybe skip going through the dealer and calling the Ford Lightning CS line and go from there.

I picked up my truck on 7/23….my US tracker updated to ✅ “Complete Purchase” yesterday…8 days…the Canadian sites are still lagging stating to complete the purchase.

My dealer said they would try to expedite getting me credited for my “Rewards” credits so I could take advantage of the current sale, but Ford is a little slow sometimes in posting the credits..mine have not posted yet.

Interesting, maybe there is a step the sales or finance manager failed to complete on the dealer end of the system for delivery acknowledgment and sale complete?

It posted the date as the day after I purchased it. I'm going to guess that TaxmanHog is correct and that it's the date the finance manager completes the sale in the system.

Mine went to completed in 24 hours - bought mine on Monday and reported late Tuesday as "Vehicle Reported Sold" on 7/25/22.

Mine updated fairly quick and I just received my FCSP yesterday. From the date of pick-up to delivery of the charger was 12 days.

You took delivery within the qualifying window, regardless of clerical error you should get the bonus.
