I'm troubleshooting why I haven't gotten the FCSP (or the $500 GC and extra EA credits) almost a month after taking delivery of our Lightning. For those who received these items, does your Ford.com status still show, "Complete Purchase in Progress?"
Update (7/27): I contacted the dealer a second time and they told me that they didn't mark the truck as sold until this morning (after i called them the first time). I'm not sure how this will impact the credits I was supposed to get but I'll update this post once I have an answer from Ford corporate.
Update (7/28): My truck now shows up as sold on 7/26/22 even though I bought it on 6/28/22 .
Update (7/28): I had a very nice call with someone at the customer relations center. They seemed empowered to help me out and opened a case. We shall see if @Ford Motor Company can make it right.
