Thanks for the camera one. I'll check it out. The spreadsheet you embedded looks like Livinup's. I posted a link to it in post 1. I always vet each mod against that spreadsheet. Many of the parameter bytes can control 4 functions (e.g. "F" = binary "1111") so you can't willy-nilly change to one specific value. I take that into account and where applicable give instruction on what the value should be based on the current value so you don't inadvertently lose functionality.

I have the black box removed on the reverse camera and it works just fine. I edited my post to remove the spreadsheet. Cheers.

Hey all,

Looking for any insight on these settings. I have brand new 2024 Flash with the B&O sound - should be the same as the Lariat.

I made these adjustments via forscan. I get the menu options "Equalizer" and "Beosonic" under Tone Settings, but I am unable to actually tap on either of them. They do nothing at all. I originally made the changes last night. I tried the module reset in forscan, left the door open with the truck off for 10 mins, and finally let it sit overnight... still nothing.

This morning I reverted the changes and was able to get the default Treb,Mid,Bass sliders back and they worked fine.

Just tried applying the edits again and I get the same thing. Menu buttons are there, but nothing when I tap them.

Anyone else with a 24 Flash able to get this working?

ps. I was able to get the glare free matrix headlights functioning, tested them last night! very cool

Help, I made the changes for the glare free headlights but when I go to the vehicle setting page for lights, I see the road driving side is set to left. I cannot change the driving side from left to right? I hit Right and it resets 5 seconds later to left. Any ideas?

I'm not sure what you're seeing re road driving side. Here is my Lights section

Did you change 7D0-02-01 by mistake? It has a setting for Vehicle Driver location. I suggest revert your APIM settings to the backup you made and try again.

There are a couple of APIM changes that might turn that sub-menu on
7D0-09-01 *xxx xxxx xx-- AEIS Without Override (AEISWO) • AEIS with Override (AEISO) • ACC Menu (ACCM) • Adaptive Head Lamps Control Function (AHLCF)

7D0-09-01 xx*x xxxx xx-- Autolock Control Function (ACF) • Adaptive Head Lamps Traffic (AHLT) • Auto Relock (AR) • Autounlock Control Function (ACF)

I'm guessing you may have fat-fingered one of these by mistake.

Here's a screenshot of the menu that I am seeing with the below settings:

Tapping either of them does nothing at all. No beeps or button interactions.

Any thoughts?

Here is what I see. I am able to switch back and forth between Equalizer and Beosonic with controls for each. Have you tried resetting Sync?

I originally tried resetting APIM via forscan with no success. I just tried resetting sync by holding vol- and skip.. same thing.

I will try pulling the battery neg for a bit tomorrow and see if that makes any difference.

I wonder if there is some change on a new 2024 flash that stops this from activating properly? Would love to have another 24 Flash owner confirm if this works for them.

I can see my glare free matrix headlights working to block around oncoming traffic but they don’t seem like brights in the Green “A” auto lamps setting, do I need to pull the stalk until the blue brights indicator is on? Alternatively is the matrix feature fairly lackluster? I’m just not sure if it’s working as intended, I think I liked the original auto high beam better.

I checked the spreadsheets. For some modules the 2024's have a different version. But for the listed parameters they stayed the same from 22 to 24. Maybe the DSP is newer though. My DSP module Strategy Code is ML8T-14C589-AD according to FORScan.
