Hey Javier, when I look at my As-Built database, all 22-23 Lightnings (except certain Pros) already have xxxF CExx xx-- (but @astrand1 should confirm his still has that).

But the 24's and 25's have xxxF CAxx xx-- (except certain Pros)
The difference between A and E is something called FeatureCfg_DPAC_OffRoadOverlay (FCDPACORO). It's disabled in the 24 and 25's ("A").

Is the intent of your change above just to flip FeatureCfg_DPAC_ViewCtlAtSpeed (FCDPACVCAS) to Enabled?

Alex - let us know what your before values were for IPMA and APIM.
In most cases where the config for cameras gets wiped, if is just the xxxF xxxx xx-- that gets changed. However, the other two locations I have seen get changed, too, so I provided him with everything relevant to cameras at speed working in case it is needed. I know I have his VIN, but I couldn't find it to check what his ab data is, so I just provided all 3 changes jic so those values reflect what they should be based on his truck. Chances are, the F is a D now and that is all he will have to change.

Good to know. I had seen an earlier post where you only recommended the "F" to someone.

I will update post 1 with this additional info and include separate instructions based on year or current value.

Guess I'll update mine when I get a chance. New value is on top and the original below.

Yep, you originally had an A so C E is for you!
Had you noticed any frunk shenanigans?

xxxF CExx xx--

Edit: Btw, I think the changes I sent you to enable BC 1.4 a while back ago contained an error. While you're in there, check this setting in the APIM and if it is a 4, change it to an E:

7D0-09-05

xxxx xxEx xx--
Thanks to the brain trust once again. I now have bed cam at speed. 😁

APIM
7D0-09-05 was a 4 so changed to an E

IPMA
706-02-02 was xxxD-CExx-xxxx
Changed the D to an F

All other views continue to work and no warning box. So all seems well. Thanks again guys!

Any idea what this change you had me do in the APIM does? Just curious. Also here is my VIN just in case you wanted to look at anything else. 1FTVW1EV4PWG30349

It's enabling the lane biasing toggle. You're basically taking whatever you had as the original value and changing it to Lane Biasing Enabled, keeping everything else the same. Mine was originally an A so should be a E to add lane biasing. (Edited to change C to E.)

Copy that. I just ordered the comma 3 today. Should have it in a few days. I’m really excited to see what it can do. From what I’ve seen it’s pretty impressive on the f-150. I like BC but want something that works off highway and the braking algorithm that ford acc uses drives me nuts. It seems way too aggressive for my taste. I prefer a smoother stop and acceleration. Some will see.

A 4 there was disabling KDA and some frunk function..... can't remember what exactly. A 4 there is correct for ICE trucks, but the Lightnings I though required an E there.

I got Forscan fired back up tonight. Was good to catch up on a few changes. One of the coolest is Silent Mode. Love having a dark truck, when needed. Almost 2 years ago in the summer we spent a night in the truck (in the garage) because the AC was out. There literally has to be 80 lights around the cab. It was so bright.

Then I removed the square box off of the camera views and disabled the Power Down timer. Those have been around a while, just hadn't made the changes.

From post 1, reapply black box fix, even though you may not have black box.

Remove "Full view not available" message on reverse camera screen while in motion (source)
APIM 7D0-02-02 xxx* xxxx xx-- If 0 change to 1, if 2change to 3, if 4 change to 5, if 6 change to 7.
Note: reset APIM after the change. See this post for how to reset a module.

Enable cameras at speed - if you have lost the ability to see the bed camera while driving, try doing the Remove "Full view not available" message mod above.
What would cause the loss of the cameras at speed? My bed camera does not work except when basically stopped, but it used to work at speed. Is this a change that would’ve been made by Ford through an update or something that may have been done by me with forscan?

Yep, several folks have reported loss of this functionality. It could be that the CSP Sensor, or BC 1.4 reconfigured the IPMA. The first report IIRC was in January.

I have updated post 1 with new instructions based on @rugedraw's advice.

Enable cameras at speed - if you have lost the ability to see the bed camera while driving, one or more configs may have been reset. Double check the following settings:
APIM 7D0-02-02 xxx* xxxx xx-- If 0 change to 1, if 2 change to 3, if 4 change to 5, if 6 change to 7.
IPMA 706-02-02 xxxF C*xx xx-- for 22-23's change * to "E", for 24-25's change * to "A"
If you have a PRO without 360 view (i.e. Pro w/o Tow Technology) then you cannot use these IPMA settings. Contact me for what you need to do.

See this post and my epistle in the post just after it. ;)
I just checked my truck and those settings are there and working although I have them turned off. While on the subject of forscan changes. Does anybody have thoughts on the fact when I added the motion portion of the alarm that was deleted from my truck now whenever the cluster does a complete reboot which happens every so often. You can tell because when started it goes back to the default screen with my view. But then when turned off it asks if I want to have the motion sensors on or off. So I have to restart truck and go into alarm on the center screen and toggle that question off. Is there a way to set that default to off or is that just normal behavior?
