Yep, several folks have reported loss of this functionality. It could be that the CSP Sensor, or BC 1.4 reconfigured the IPMA. The first report IIRC was in January.

I have updated post 1 with new instructions based on @rugedraw's advice.

Enable cameras at speed - if you have lost the ability to see the bed camera while driving, one or more configs may have been reset. Double check the following settings:
APIM 7D0-02-02 xxx* xxxx xx-- If 0 change to 1, if 2 change to 3, if 4 change to 5, if 6 change to 7.
IPMA 706-02-02 xxxF C*xx xx-- for 22-23's change * to "E", for 24-25's change * to "A"
If you have a PRO without 360 view (i.e. Pro w/o Tow Technology) then you cannot use these IPMA settings. Contact me for what you need to do.
I would assume mine is the same as @astrand1 as they are both 23 lariat ERs

Has anyone ever tried turning on some additional components on the Trip screens? I happened to look around through Forscan. I'd like to have speed turned on. Might do some poking around this weekend. From the spreadsheets it looks like 7D0-10-01 has some settings to turn it on, but I don't know what it would do with our trucks.

I just checked my truck and those settings are there and working although I have them turned off. While on the subject of forscan changes. Does anybody have thoughts on the fact when I added the motion portion of the alarm that was deleted from my truck now whenever the cluster does a complete reboot which happens every so often. You can tell because when started it goes back to the default screen with my view. But then when turned off it asks if I want to have the motion sensors on or off. So I have to restart truck and go into alarm on the center screen and toggle that question off. Is there a way to set that default to off or is that just normal behavior?
When my truck gets an OTA or other reboot it always turns back on Brake Coach on the dash and defaults to My View. But it has never re-enabled the motion sensor question (I like mine off as well).

That’s kinda what I thought. I did a search thru some of the modules but could not find anything. I’m fairly sure it’s probably a setting that’s off a little. lol.

I’ve seen those as well and wondered. Wonder what classic speedo view is? 🤔

@bmwhitetx = Thanks for all of your expertise and support of this thread.

I'll make some changes this weekend and play with the average speed.

Once in a while I forget, but try to always save a copy of the module before I make a change. I thought recently I had read that Forscan could make a full backup without having to load the modules one at a time. I can't find where I read that though, nor can I find it in Forscan. Is that a feature of only the advanced/special version of Forscan?

I also would like that feature and thought I read it too. But I don't see it and don't have the special version.

FYI, I have found the Motorcraft As-Built site is typically updated very shortly after an OTA. So when you got the BCM, you may have your all-vehicle backup there.

But typically you are only changing a couple of modules - so doing a per-module backup is pretty quick. I like that FORScan time-stamps it down to the second.

Not everything you see there will do anything. Classic Speedo is for the 7G Mustangs. The config is shared across different vehicle platforms. However, if the classic speedo is not programmed into the IPC, then enabling the option for it to work won't go anything. It's agree to try things, but I would get into the habit of changing it back if you don't get the desired result.

I also would like that feature and thought I read it too. But I don't see it and don't have the special version.

An OTA will cause the server interrogator to poll the module and report the data back to Ford. This is why the config is updated on the motorcraft site after an update. I'm not sure if it polls the entire module network or just the module(s) being updated.

I see there is a way to reduce the initial seat belt chime from 4 to 2 using the "Disable Seat Belt chime on vehicle startup." Is there anyway to disable it completely?

You may be looking at old instructions. The seat belt chime I have in this thread changes it from 4 to 0. It is the chime that only goes off if you press start without buckling first. The mod changes to European style where it will chime once in motion.

Decided to go ahead and do the 50/50 while I was at it! I like it! Kind of hard to tell how good it is on a dark residential street at night, but it looked pretty cool in my driveway with my brake lights on so I will have to test it in the daylight!

I have request this feature on the forscan forums but there was no support. I don't even care if it takes ten minutes of waiting, right now it takes ten minutes of interaction.

IMO I would prefer full backups of every module. With updates coming in and possibly changing things having easy "save" points for all the modules should be helpful.

It seems this would be simple to do, but I'm guessing they keep the SW simple. To get this full backup I'm guessing they would have to "load" each of the modules, then save the output. Then load the next one. That seems very simple and straight forward with a loop to go through each one and save. I would guess you are right it would take a few minutes to do, but it would be a great feature.
