F150 Lightning FORscan thread

I tried to add the lightbar to the 23 Lightning Pro using forscan. I used the instructions in the popular thread. I am very new to forscan, but to my knowledge essentially what I have done is upload the Lightbar software from an XLT to the headlight so that it can pull the power from the headlight to the lightbar. The programming failed, and now I have no DTC function in my drivers side headlight. I can't reset it or anything. Does anyone know the issue here? Or have ANY advice. I have no headlight or blinker currently.......

Did you save the a/b data before you started making any changes?

Edit: Oh wait....this requires actual programming.....it isn't just config. I assume you don't have FDRS?

Successfully did anti-glare on 2024 Flash last night. Confirmed the bending light still works too. Awesome feature, thanks for the info!

Want to thank all those to walked the path before me. Just did anti-glare and disable startup boot animation on the 15" screen. Swivel still works great as well.

Is there any benefit to disabling the startup animation? Could you link me to the location in this thread where the config is located?

It boots into the main UI (AA in my case) faster and don't need to be hit with the long animation. Also tried to disable the triple chime on start up but the change didn't take, may need to try it again later.

Getting rid of the chimes has been a wonderful change. Between the normal chimes and some errors during my comma 3x boot up it was a 30 second artillery strike of bings bongs and beeps.

Is the module in the linked thread the correct one? I have a '24 Lariat so I'm not sure if something changed for the 2024s. I did pull the module last night and the change was written. I'll have to check again during my lunch break because those dings at the beginning are really annoying.

EDIT: Seems that I may have just needed to reboot the truck. Tried driving it now and no triple ding on startup! Nice to have less noise in an EV!

I disabled mine - i know folks say it is a triple chime but I swear I counted four before I disabled it. For me the chime was caused by starting the car without buckling the seat belt first.

Help!! almost done installing Adaptive cruise control on my 2024 XLT, but i keep getting a DTC related to IPMA configuration being incompatible.... i cant seem to figure out what values i need for:

706-02-01 *xxx-xxxx-xxxx ( factory numbers in those blacks are ) 2B67-FFCC-016E
And

706-16-01 xxx*-xxxx-xxxx ( factory numbers ) 024C-0000-0073

I looked up in the library but doesn’t seem to include the values I need for my truck

Above my paygrade but mine for a 2023 Lariat are as below. Since yours is a 2024, it may require different values.

Hi! Where did you found informations regarding adding this to your XLT 2024. I found detailed stuff regarding pro 2022 models adding ACC+ Lane centering. Ours 2024 XLTs already have lane centering.
Could you please what parts you had to buy and at what price? Thanks!!

I just did it for my 2024 XLT, it’s about 500 for all parts and a few hours of your time. Find the thread called diy adaptive cruise control install by brotato and Hhunterfamily on this forums all instructions and all problems you will encounter will be there.
