Hi F-150 Lightning owners,

First, I want to thank everyone for making me feel welcomed as I do my best to contribute and provide support on behalf of Ford in this forum. Earlier this year we launched a survey to hear more about what you want to see from Ford. Today I'm sharing a follow up survey to see how we have been doing, and where we can continue to improve.

When we suggest fixes and improvements to the software that would be simple to make, it would be great to have confidence that feedback is being used to improve the product. Software updates are too spare and do not improve anything significantly.

"Full View Not Available" was reported years ago - still not fixed.

Thank you, Brian for feedback. One suggestion on a required question is to have an N/a or I don’t know option for a binary choice.

The question about if we’ve noticed FMC‘s engagement on the forum and only having a binary choice, it’s going to be a segment of the population that just doesn’t notice those things or understand if a user is a Ford employee, or just be new to the platform and not understand how it works. This population is going to skew your results and while analyzing the question you would think those people would go into the no column, it’s influencing the statistical reliability of the answers negatively.

Finally got bc1.4 om my 24 flash exactly 365 days after purchasing it. Have paid for the month, approx 7 days remaining. Very impressed over the original 1.2. But can use some tweaking to make it even better.

Prioritize the real features and stop wasting time on junk like karaoke that a single driver can't use. Put the effort into PAAK, BC, WAL. Things that are useful, not gimmicks.

Want to keep the milk fresh, especially when paying full price and getting stale milk.

If Ford is going to promote the HIS for the next generation of EV trucks, they need to do a major overhaul of it. It is too expensive for what it does when it works AND very buggy.

I say that based on many posts here and on other social media about the HIS.

One thing I did not ask in the survey: will Ford provide an adapter for those of us with the Ford Charge Station Pro so that its CCS1 plug will work with NACS type ports in the future when Ford switches to NACS ports and we get our next generation EV Ford truck?
