Key fob ftw! I know everyone is different, but I do not require a app on my phone and the good old fob has yet to fail me.
I also always use my FOB, the issue I'm experiencing with Ford App regard checking the departure event status and or other informational features.

I've had to force stop my app several times, which has been enough to get it to cooperate. Have not needed to clear cache yet. (Android)

I've had to force stop my app several times, which has been enough to get it to cooperate. Have not needed to clear cache yet. (Android)
It's been a persistent issue yesterday as well, I think it's app related not back end data, Force Stop appears to be the solution. Clearing the cache or log-off/log-on don't resolve the persistent stalled loading.

Multiple 1 star reviews reporting the same experience, I sent the DEV team an email as well.

There is a new beta Android version out that seems to have corrected the performance issues for me.

There is a new beta Android version out that seems to have corrected the performance issues for me.
Not seeing a public beta in the Android Play store, is there another way to get the beta?

Also, when I was troubleshooting the slowness and cleared the cache for the app, I am now asked to login to the app every couple of hours. Anyone else experience this issue with the new version?

Gotcha. I'm part of a few other app beta programs, but looks like Ford is closed for those right now. I did put application for Ford Early Access Program in just now and see if that gets me any fun things to play with.

Yep, me too, makes it basically unusable. Will delete and re-add, maybe clear cache first and try, etc.
[update] clearing cache did not work, next is to clear data...then Ford login states: "having technical trouble, try again later"!
Ok, logged in...will check if app keeps login later...

This app version has been running poorly today, slow to load main screen, I've force stopped the app and cleared the cache several times to get it working again.

Question is, are others seeing similar?
Do we have a back end issue at Ford Motor Company central ?
