Key fob ftw! I know everyone is different, but I do not require a app on my phone and the good old fob has yet to fail me.

I also always use my FOB, the issue I'm experiencing with Ford App regard checking the departure event status and or other informational features.

It's been a persistent issue yesterday as well, I think it's app related not back end data, Force Stop appears to be the solution. Clearing the cache or log-off/log-on don't resolve the persistent stalled loading.

Multiple 1 star reviews reporting the same experience, I sent the DEV team an email as well.

Not seeing a public beta in the Android Play store, is there another way to get the beta?

Also, when I was troubleshooting the slowness and cleared the cache for the app, I am now asked to login to the app every couple of hours. Anyone else experience this issue with the new version?

Gotcha. I'm part of a few other app beta programs, but looks like Ford is closed for those right now. I did put application for Ford Early Access Program in just now and see if that gets me any fun things to play with.

Yep, me too, makes it basically unusable. Will delete and re-add, maybe clear cache first and try, etc.
[update] clearing cache did not work, next is to clear data...then Ford login states: "having technical trouble, try again later"!
Ok, logged in...will check if app keeps login later...
Update 7-7-26: still happening, login not kept for very long...iritating to with when I just want to tap the "Climate" before getting into the truck @Ford Motor Company Found newer iPad with iOS version greater than 17.X worked without need to log in (old 5th gen iPad iOS only up to 16.X would not update Ford app to 6.16.0) So Android 15 Ford app is problem (Moto G Stylus 2024)? And now I am not able to log in (no place to enter username/pw) on my smartphone Ford app?! Now showing but going nowhere after username/password login. Must be Ford server? 7-8-26 Now click on "sign-in" to enter user/pw but just flips back after deleting storage and cache...Reloaded app and working so far, but for how long? App is 6.15.0 today... Could have sworn I saw 6.16.0 before. At least it is working without logging in almost every time.

This app version has been running poorly today, slow to load main screen, I've force stopped the app and cleared the cache several times to get it working again.

Question is, are others seeing similar?
Do we have a back end issue at Ford Motor Company central ?

There are some features that randomly pop up on my ford pass, and I was finally fast enough to take a screenshot. What is the motivation for ford to block basic thing like showing that my door is ajar or that vehicle is locked.

Ford app (no longer called FordPass), used to show a bunch of warnings that they removed years ago.

The latest versions (v6.16 I think) on Android keeps logging me out every day. I had to install the previous version (which is a PITA on Android) to get it to remember my login.
