I apologize if this question has been asked recently - I did try to search for it but perhaps I put in the wrong keywords.
I’ve had my truck barely a month - 2025 Lightning Platinum Super Crew with all bells & whistles (I only say this in case anyone knows of a potential feature conflict). For about three hundred miles now (about a week), the app on my phone (updated to iOS 26 version yesterday) is no longer functional. The battery percentage is stuck at 77% and showing 222 miles range left. The odometer on the app is stuck at 981 miles when there is in fact 1289. I can neither lock nor unlock the doors with my phone nor can I operate the remote start or other Bluetooth controls. In the morning, the truck no longer illuminates when I walk towards it either but I don’t know if that is a separate issue.
I’m the first one to buy a Lightning from my dealership so I highly doubt any of the mechanics have the particular knowledge skillset of the electrical components in this vehicle. (Note: I had an electrical issue in one of my other cars and the dealership was completely oblivious - my solution was found on Reddit of all places.)
Has anyone experienced this recently with their truck or perhaps in the past? Any solution(s) that have worked for you?
