Ford Charge Station Pro INSIGHTS

Hello everyone,

I have my Ford Charge Station Pro installed. When I try to see the insights I can only see 2023 from January to July, can’t see 2022. The arrows on the right and left won’t do anything. Is there a way to see the specs from last year (or since it’s installed in July 2022) ?

Mine is working, possibly, force stop the app, clear the temporary cache and try again.
Also review by the month instead of year to see if you can page backward.
Also review charging event records to see how far back to data accumulation goes.

I closed both the Charger Pro app and FordPass app. Restarted them and still no go and I checked the monthly and it almost look like there is no data before January 2023 ?

Between Dec'22 and Jan'23 was there a change in Ford.com user account [name/email address} and the re-registration of the VIN to a new user account? That's the only thing that would cause this situation, based on an experience I had last fall while struggling with the being LOCKED OUT of my original account due to unauthorized third party connections.

Another advantage for JuiceBox. It has my charging back to installation in July 2021, and downloadable to Excel.

It probably won't much longer. Enel is migrating all the stuff away from EV Juicenet to a new system called Enel X Way. All the old data is gone, and the new app absolutely sucks. Cannot recommend a Juicebox in any way shape or form.

When i was moved, all my data moved. I was then moved back due to load sharing.
