Reset Ford Charge Station Pro

Hi,
we had our Charge Station Pro last Wednesday installed and connected to the WiFi. We had to delete it from our WiFi again.
Now the station is not showing up when I want to connect to it. We also can't reset the station.
The station is set up for a 50-amp breaker. When we push the factory rest button (almost 3 minutes) nothing happens. The light stays constantly blue.
Any advise?

I called their customer service line and had to get escalated to a higher up before I was able to speak to anyone that knew what they were talking about. Anyway they sent a replacement under warranty but I have to pay my electrician to get it replaced and send the old one back. We will see how that goes.

Your and several other members ~recent~ experiences concern me, my FCSP has been stuck at an incomplete firmware/software update for many months, I've considered doing a remote factory reset while I currently do have connectivity, thinking that would help force the update to finalize.

Reading what you folks are going through gives me pause to leave well enough alone, it's communicating with my network, it charges, it logs data to the Ford cloud, other than fixing the version number I have little to gain, aside from possibly getting a newer software version if/when that comes out.

Yeah welcome to the club. Been playing the useless troubleshooting games with Ford customer service. Constantly having me do everything I've already done 5 times that will never work. Factory reset doesn't work. It's corrupted. Having me turn it off and wait 2hrs again isn't going to change anything.

I expect on Monday or Tuesday I will be told it's getting replaced under warranty. POS.

Hi Steven, I think we are in the same situation but Ford will contact our dealership and they will pay for the electricity to install the replacement.

Take note of the warning in the other guidance, the FCSP doesn't broadcast its SSID once configured, the only way to see it is using the FCSP configuration application, assuming it's actually broadcasting.

The mobile device must also be connected to the same network!!!

If you're not seeing it, then yours is likely broken.

I was able to manually type in the SSID and password when mine stopped showing up. That might be another option?

I read somewhere that power cycling and not plugging it in to the truck at night would get it to update the software. I just installed mine last week and after two days I did that and mine updated.

Yes, that is the correct procedure, trust me, I've done it many times, and it still won't display the full version code, luckily, your screen shot confirms my ~prior~ version was indeed the same value, before it mysteriously flagged a new update which has never posted correctly.

I'm guessing that update was pulled quickly from distribution, now we all wait for the next version if they plan to issue any in the future.

Mine was connected for a few hours when I installed it around Christmas and then couldn’t connect ever since.
