There was a post many months ago about Lightnings with high mileage and their owners experiences. I searched but couldn’t find it so, I’m curious who has over 100,000 miles and how is it holding up. I have a 24 Flash and I’m just short of 50,000, The only thing I’ve done to it is rotate the tires (originals still are at an 8), do the recalls, and occasionally fill the washer fluid.

I watched a youtube video, the guy had over 100k miles but didn't know how to figure out the SOH...

From the numbers on his display I calculated it at about 90%, so seems the batteries hold up pretty well:

Ford F-150 Lightning Higher Mileage Lightnings 100k mile lightning Pro

----
Based on the 105mi estimated range, 2.2 mi/kWh and 54 percent SOC on the dash display, and assume a basic Pro with the 98kWh SR battery, this guy's battery is at 90% or so SOH at 100k miles.

105mi / 2.2mi/kWh = 47.72kWh
47.72kWh / 54% = 88.4kWh at 100% charge
88.4kWh / 98kWh x 100% = 90.2%
-----
Age will take a percent or two off every year on average, DC charging some amount as well as deep discharge and charge, so they say.

This is his video fwiw:
