Ford just told me that they will not support my home integration system, and help me troubleshoot why it won’t work. A gentleman who had helped me in October has refused to call me back for two weeks.. today, another advisor said she spoke to him and he had no remedy. I had not even spoken to him directly about the problem of it not working..
How does Ford wash its hands of a system they sold to me less than three years ago.
It’s very disappointing and I’m wondering if anybody else has hit this wall.

You are not alone. Multiple core components of the HIS were flawed by design, poorly thought out, and barely function in normal conditions. It was a total flop. The wireless communication doesn't work, and the FCSP experiences hardware failures or firmware corruption at a very high rate.

Because the problem is a poor design with flawed hardware, there isn't actually anything Ford can do to help you fix it. There is nothing to fix. It is what it is. Expensive broken junk.

If you search around this forum, you will see many threads about this. Including a long one with many people considering a class action lawsuit over it.

A couple of early participants have quietly disappeared from these discussions. Speculation is that they reached some settlement with Ford, which would undoubtedly include a non-disclosure agreement.
Could be. And if so, good for them not letting Ford get away with it. Or they just got tired of the whole thing and stopped commenting.

Still here, still trying to get an answer. My system technically works - but it’s a nightmare to get help for my charger.

As the charger is the root of my issues, I’m contemplating seeing if we can get an alternative firmware… *cough*
Those with issues, have you talked to delta? IS it the delta system or is it like my experiences, totally staring with the charging station?

What does the M pro app say?

If I'd bought this albatross I would at least try my luck in small claims court. In Florida you'd at least have a decent chance of getting $8K back.
I think this could be a good option but one of the tactics a lot of corporations use (other than throwing in private arbitration language in their contracts) is to petition the court to move the case out of small claims into civil court. If you don't hire a lawyer the corporate lawyers will eat your lunch outside of small claims.
