If that’s the case, how does Maryland have two rest plazas with gas and food courts on I-95? I don’t think that section is a toll road.

Apparently Maryland got grandfathered. It’s time to let every state do it, those rest areas look great.

I appreciate Tom’s perspective.

Tom's video puts all the facts out for folks to see. Over 50 new stations open, not ports. The biggest delay has been in the States implementation. I recommend this video, altho it is long....

Great video, proud to see that little old RI was first to complete Stage-1, ya-ya-ya only two sites within a 50 mile stretch along I-95.

Also good to hear that many new stations opened last year without NEVI funding, commercial services are pulling their own weight.
