Sometime in the last 4 to 6 weeks I've lost all monitoring and access to charing information from my iPhone app.

I wasn't sure where to start to fix it, but I likely started at the wrong place. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I still have no charging information, but now I've also lost my PAAK, so I have to set that up again.

I guess my next step is to go delete all of the charging profile information inside the truck to see if will realign and I can get the app port back.

Anyone have insight?

Mine just did this as well but on Android, but this was after a factory reset of the truck.
Set everything back up (incl clearing and re-installing Ford Pass) and everything was working except charging information. Ford-pass did not register that the truck was charging (SoC and range updated).

So I just did another complete (factory) reset of the truck, cleared Ford-pass, and installed everything again (like i just did earlier) and this time everything works, including recognizing that its charging.

Not very scientific, but it worked for me.

I'm suspecting charging event history is locally cached data not reissued from the cloud after the instant it's posted or generated by Fordpass when a charging session has completed.

Having deleted and reinstalled the app, that data is gone.

I'm not experimenting to confirm, hate having to reconfigure the FP app on the rare few instances I've done it, I don't usually keep my charge history log beyond the current weeks data anyway.

The app keeps charging info and capability hostage until you share driving data under connectivity in the truck. Make sure that is on and restart the app and see if that fixes it. I am not sure how long it will take after you make the adjustment in the truck for the app to know about it but that is how I got mine back but ultimately decided, I am not giving in to the man and kept it off. I am sure at some point insurance companies will get their hands on it, once it is out there. They still probably collect the info anyway.

Not 100% sure this is your issue but before shooting in the dark, give this a try.

Thank you all for the feedback. @Maxx seems to have the trick with "Driving Data". I thought I had always had that off, but I turned it on and the charging info immediately shows up in the app. I get the blue charging banner at the bottom and can now go into details and control the session. That was what I really missed.

The key is that I toggled "Driving Data" right back off and I still have access in the app, which is how I thought it had been all along. I'm leaving it off for a while to see if it disappears or if I lost the view from the app.

Others are correct that my history hasn't come back in the app, but that is the minor part for me.

With the description of "Driving Data" it should not be what allows the charging info to show up in the app. I'll only know for sure over next hours or days since I've toggled it back off. I'll see if I lose it again.

To say the least it is back for now - with no truck resets, and I shouldn't have needed to delete the app. Driving data gave it the kick I needed.

I have had a conversation about it with Ford to see if it was a mistake and if it could be corrected. They said it is intentional (I was kinda shocked by that). The rep tried to reassure me that they would never share my data unless I give them the OK first. The same way the minimum wage cashier at a multi million dollar business assures me my data is safe. The only way my data is safe is that it remains with me. Of course every time there is an update to privacy policy , I can’t use my complementary charge with EA unless I accept it. And most of the data collected is available to any tech at any ford dealer which does not work for Ford. So I am not sure how safe my data can be after it is collected. If you have an accident, your driving data can be used against you.

Enough rant, they said they will relay my request to their app team. Hopefully they will make the app a little less creepy by tying the charging info to vehicle connectivity toggle not driving data.
