Lost Ford Pass Rewards, anyway to get them back?

So I completly forgot to use my FP Rewards, and I lost well over 87,000 points. Anyway to get them back or am I out of luck?

Points lost and expired - and gone forever/new Gear Up Visa card transition soon - I used all points - mainly for $300 of SiriusXM - and 5 Ford first aid kits that I gave away. FordPass let me know by email/hardcopy.

Yep, now I know. It was my fault since I got the dates wrong. So when I logged in I saw I had 0 points I checked my history, and saw I was off by 1 day.

Call Ford customer service, give you VIN .

I called and advised them of my situation. Since I have been with Ford for a long time, they put in a ticket and he said I can hopefully get a good amount, if not all, of the points back in ~5 days.

So we will see what happens...
