Ordered new wheels and tires.

I just hate the street tire look... and though I feel silly replacing brand new wheels and tires. I did it anyway.

Ion Alloy 20x9 wheels 18mm offset. Matte Black (Wish they offer gloss) but these wheels are LIGHT @ 28 lbs each (2500 lbs rating) Mounted on Nitto Ridge Grapplers (Stock size 47.22 lbs).

They will be in on Friday.

Hopefully I won't loose too much range. So 75.22 lbs per tire/wheel vs 39 (goodyear) + 37 Ford rims. So maybe 1 lb. lighter.

The offset and agressive tire will drop it around 10%-15%. Your mileage will vary. Be sure to keep that tire pressure up.

Yeah I didn't want to totally kill my range.... I just bought the truck. I'm running 45 psi but the range is really hard to track right now with the cold. (The Tesla does a much better job estimating range.)
But I wanted the agreesive look of these tires. I know they are not the best and the Open Country EV might have been a better choice.

I like the all-seaon hwy tires the truck came with for spring-summer-fall use. And the truck range estimate is spot-on with the factory tires/rims it seems.
For next Winter I want a set of Bridgstone Blizzak v2 on their own rims. I think I will stick with the factory 275-60-R20
Just have to decide what rims...
