Yes same here. It is now back with no updates showing as been received....

This might have been a coding issue on the server side, some one at the mothership fixed it and you're all seeing the service restored.

My truck last updated with FordPass on Tuesday night. My wife's Mach-E was communicating last night when she left work but even now hers isn't connecting.

I think somebody at Ford forgot to plug the hamster in.
