Sure, non-stock it could do a lot.

I had a lot more control in the Lightning than I've had in any of my other gassy trucks. IMO, there's far better torque control since there's minimal resistance to applying torque when desired (no rev sag, no transmission interference, etc). It's all accelerator control instead of two or three pedal control.

I have to admit I'm a noob at this off roading stuff, so I haven't done any real ICE based off road driving (just what you can manage with a Subaru Forester ).

I'm hoping that I'll improve the control aspect with more experience.

I was wondering about jumping my lawn tractor from the 12 volt battery - since it is a bit easier to access than removing the side panel - is there any danger of upsetting the computer stuff doing this? - anyone know for sure??

I could have squeezed this in the back of my past ride, (Yukon), but hey I did not have to worry about hitting my head on the hatch and I could not dismantle the box in place and assemble on the non existing tailgate. So there's that.... Walmart on special folks $397. It's the Walmart version that is just missing the rest of the tank cage and a pizza peel. Which is not worth the hundreds more. I still have the original model that has made hundreds of pizzas and things since 2014. Now retired to the shed.

Used to be I would pull the boat with my old ICE truck to the gas station and fill both. Would have to run the credit card like 3 times due to the old $75 limit.

I noticed this time the pump was happy to go to $182 without stopping. (45 gal x $4.05 per gallon for Premium).
