Yes, I've seen a lot of complaints about Sunrun too.

I have seen trustworthy people recommend qMerit on YouTube.

And now the Ford web site recommends them for installations:

Have to give them a call and see what they say about an Home Integration System which was the only reason I bought a FCSP on eBay rather than a $400 48A EVSE (all my SR battery can handle).

I used Qmerit for my FCSP install, very happy with the process. They were very informative and I plan on using them (the local company that Qmerit hooked me up with) for all future electrical work.
