No, it's not always a battery module. Thanks I thought so. Always good to ask.

Hi there! Would you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership name and location? I’d like to look into this concern on my end.  Anybody with prior experience care to share with this alert I just got?
Got the News today, It is a high-voltage battery that needs to be replaced looks like she is down for the count and lost this match. Anyway, I hope mine is in the rare, it was built in October 2022 so I hope everyone in that build frame doesn't encounter what I am going through. I also had the battery software updates before this happened months ago at the dealership with the other CSPs.No, it's not always a battery module.
It's a general fault that the dealer can analyze to pinpoint the problem.
It could be a battery, or software, or module, or drives system.
Don't panic, it sometimes comes up due to glitches too.
Have your dealer check it out, if it is a battery module they can give you a timeframe for parts. Changing them only takes 2 days.
