yup. I saw this glitch a few days ago and it initially freaked me out. However, as soon as I got in the truck and saw that everything was fine, I checked the iOS app again and the “0 miles” glitch was gone. It hasn’t recurred. Although I am stoked that Ford is TRYING to make the FordPass app more useful, it’s frustrating that they seem to break things as often as they add useful features.

Unfortunately you still have to turn on the truck to use it. It is more like a monitor. I think the 22's have it so the truck does not have to be on to use it. I live in Florida and the hurricanes that came lest year knocked out my power for 3 days. I used the pro-power with a number of extension cords to keep the refrigerator, freezer, and some lights and it was perfect except it would would just shut itself off at some point and I would have to turn the truck on again. The worst part was it usually happened during the night when I was sleeping so I had some dead time. It worked though for 3 days and only used 20% of my battery. I really wish that they would allow it to be turned on without the truck having to be on. These things that are suppose to protect us from running our battery down is pretty ridiculous since we all watch our battery levels like crazy and if it someone mistakenly forgot it is a lesson you will k=likely not do again.

Maybe someone has a forscan mod for the turn PPOB on when truck is off?
I remember there was going to be an OTA to enable it...promises, promises...

Better beta testing is apparently needed before releasing these updates.

My iOS app just started showing Pro Power Onboard this week but unfortunately the data is wrong. My truck is off and Pro Power is not on and it’s showing a 410W draw in the bed outlets. Nothing is plugged in.

I also live in Florida and last year power was out for 3 days after Hurricane Milton at our cabin where we evacuated to. The Lightning was able to power the house using the generator inlet I had installed. With our 2023 Lightning the truck needed to be running to maintain House power. This wasn’t an issue at remote cabin because of the remote area.

Now with our 2024 Lightning theres a selection to keep pro power on with truck turned off.
