Just passing along a little lesson I learned the hard way, so that maybe you won’t:
Earlier today, I washed my truck and afterwards left my windshield wipers folded upwards off the glass.
Cut to an hour later, I absentmindedly used the fob to open the frunk, and was met with some unpleasant sounds of one wiper’s metal on paint, and the other wiper slamming back down to the windshield.
Seems nothing was really harmed, this time.
Here just to plant the seed in your minds, if you hadn’t put 2-and-2 together that the frunk plus windshield wipers can = boo boos
