I just got the truck Friday, 5/17. It was a demo and I'm the first owner. I'm really just interested in knowing which OTA updates it has received and which ones are in the pipeline. FordPass said it received an update on 5/17, but I don't know if it actually got it that day or if it just tagged on the date I registered the truck with FordPass.

Truck received updates 6.1.0, 6.2.0 and 23-PU1103-NAT-VCE between March and the last one being on 5/17. Truck is on the latest Sync version and modules pending updates are below, but you you still need GWM, TCU and IPC updates that are not shown here, as well.

Modem was just activated a week ago and no updates have been sent yet. Truck is on Sync 22326 which is a few version behind the latest one. Modules pending update are below and you also need several APIM, GWM and TCU updates as well as at least one IPC update not shown below.

List below shows most of the modules on your truck that have pending updates. The OBCC is the update you are looking for and it is showing for you.

I am on the 4.2.1.2 that I got a few days after buying the truck. To get everything updated do I ask my dealer to update?
I do have a battery module check but it’s on hold for some software issue I think until June. Do you think once I do that the rest will update ota?

Last OTA was 4.2.1.1 last month. Truck is talking to the cloud just fine. You have lots of pending updates, but there is nothing wrong with your truck. Just gotta wait for the next one to be randomly sent.

Ford does not pay dealers for the hours and hours it would take to do you all your updates. I would not have high hopes that they do them for you.

So I now have an update "stuck" for 4.2.1.1 I tried calling the Ford in vehicle technology team, and all they could say was that they didn't know and to take it to a dealer.

Any insight available as to why this update won't go?

The OTA trigger failed less than 24 hours after it was sent to you and no error code was provided. Nothing you did wrong; sometimes sh*t happens. Nothing you can do but wait for it to be resent.

Truck is on the latest Sync version and OTA history is below. Last update it got was 6.8.0, so nothing to worry about here, imo.
