Just got this update, noticed a green check mark in FordPass and it says it updated. I'll check things out in the truck tomorrow but it didn't look like there's much drama with this update. Nice to finally get an update though.

Climate controls on FordPass look different, but are still all there. No other difference noted.

Anyone have any idea what this actually does for Sirius?

The one bug I seem to have with Sirius is that if I hit the Start Over button (which one would assume it starts the song over) it jumps to some random unspecified time in the channel's past that I have no idea is close or far from the song that was playing.

Anyone else have that??

In the Sirius radio settings, there is a choice for when you tune to a station it automatically starts at the beginning of the current song.

You can also tap the back |< button on the screen just to "rewind" to the begining of the current song.

And if you really like a song, tap the bell icon. Anytime that song plays, even if you are on another station, you will get a screen pop up alerting you it's currently playing and can jump directly to that station/song.

I think it renders the saved channel icons quicker, in the past it would take forever to load the graphic tiles for each of my favorite stations when used the first time after truck is started.

UPDATE: 3/25/26
I noticed the slow loading yesterday afternoon after a start-up, so it's not a likely what I said above.

Sorry should have been more clear - I know what it should do, but it definitely doesn't operate that way.

If I tune to a channel, hear a song and want to hear it from the start, I hit that Start Over button and it instead rewinds to some unspecified time/number of previous songs - definitely not the song I was listening to.

Even if I hit the FFD button to skip songs forward to find it, I run out of skips before I hit the song I was listening to live.

Like the rewind button works fine if you're already on the channel for a while but the Start Over button absolutely has not worked ever for me.

First, I have a different infotainment system since I have an xlt. So perhaps it's not working for your trim level.

Second, I guess to clarify is do NOT tap start over. That starts the current broadcast program, and NOT the current song. Just tap the REWIND button to rewind that current song.

And if you do a start over a program then run out of forward skips, you have to wait for so many songs to play before you are permitted to rewind and skip a song or 2. This is all part of system and part of the user agreement. It's the same with the Sirius app, which you can also use on your other devices. I think we use our Sirius subscription more on our devices then in the truck.
