Use the remote start through the app to run the heater. Not sure if there is a limit on remote starting.

You can do it twice (or one extended session of 30 mins), and then it's unavailable until you power it up in person.

I would not be happy. Ford says to charge to 90% for battery life. How about using Pro power to charge another EV if they have one there?

Considering the malfunctioning thermal management system, I'd refrain from doing anything while it's waiting for the repair parts, much ado about nothing.

Thanks for all the responses, I'm not going to worry about it. The service department has been great through all this, which is a relief because the other Ford dealers much farther (further?) away.
Can't wait to get the truck back :-(
