TSB 25-2065 Walk away locks/ Pro power on-board

Spoke to a Ford Rep on 7/2/25. I own a 23 Platinum in the Early Access Program and have the latest Ford Pass app 5.23 on Android. Told them my issues are i still don't see the Walk Away Lock option or have the Power On Board access on the Ford Pass. Seems countless members on here have had for awhile. We cycled through all the basics troubleshooting. On the phone for about 15 mins. In the end was told to bring the truck in for TSB 25-2065 update. Was told that this is the reason why updates I have are being blocked and not functioning. From what Rep said this TSB would give me WAL, and access to the Pro Power Onboard. Yet NO Recalls or TSB's listed for my truck that I can find.

TSBs are dealer service info. They do not get assigned to a VIN like CSPs and safety recalls, AFAIK.
