this Is just stock openpilot forced To recognize your car. I canhelp you troubleshoot more when I get home, but at least you can take a test drive now
Took a test drive everything seems to be working. All that's left is to figure out the 4.0 install issue.

@EVO - I had to reset/reload 4.0 today and had the same issue of being stuck on 0% on the download screen while on my T-Mobile home internet. Switched to my T-mo phone hotspot and it started to download 🤷‍♂️
Weird. The other downloads that ajride offered worked. I wonder what's different with the 4.0 address??

There is quite a bit going on behind the scenes to make this work.

First Comma has a web server that will build an installer path for you by using the generic format

installer.comma.ai/github-user-name/{openpilot}/branch-name

In the comma URL, the openpilot is implied and not typed in. That part seems to be working because you were able to use

installer.comma.ai/alan-polk/F150 which resolves to installer.comma.ai/alan-polk/openpilot/F150

The other part in play here is that github has an alias tool, that lets you have custom repository names and lookups. The repository for bp is named BluePilot, not openpilot. So when you try to use

installer.comma.ai/BluePilotDev/bp-4.0

What is is looking for is

installer.comma.ai/BluePilotDev/openpilot/bp-4.0

but openpilot does not exist inside of BluePilotDev

Anytime someone looks for BluePilotDev/openpilot, the github alias tools should redirect to BluePilotDev/bluepilot. This is the part that seems to be broken for you.

it could be that your regional github server is having an issue with the alias table, or it could be that the alias feature has gotten corrupted across the board. I'm about to try it at my house and see what happens.

I tried 3.1 I got the same result as 4.0. only the "f150" worked
its working for me, it must be something with your local github server and the alias table. I made a fork that doesn't need the alias for you. Hopefully this gets fixed, because this fork won't stay up to date.

That worked. Unfortunately, networking is probably my weakest point. I understand the concepts but getting into the weeds I don't get. That's why when I wasn't able to download I immediately switched to my AT&t cuz I know sometimes the way T-Mobile handles packets it won't download.

Need a little help trouble shooting, open pilot didn’t work, tried blue pilot 4.0. The pictures show the plug I was using .

Still not working , I did notice that all of the error codes are still active with only the usb-c is plugged in , with or without the comma being plugged in! Can’t I just solder the 360ohm resister into the “Ford Q4” harness? If so what wires?

Well, you can't install a VPN on the comma, and he said his networking skills were weak, so I doubt he can set one up on his router. I'm not sure what happens when you fire up a VPN app on your phone and then hotspot, but it could be worth a try.

I went back and read the posts, it looks like this was resolved. What is the question?

In this post here you said a new cable solved the issue:

What am I missing? It seems like you just had a bad cable.
