I would start with reseating your cable. If you are using the 12 foot OEM comma cable, make sure you are plugging it in all the way. They are good at making your think they are seated.
I will reseat all cables later today and let you know if anything changes. Would be good if it were that simple. I know when I unplug the comma cable from the Q4 harness and restart the truck everything returns back to normal.

That's because the long cable is technically what causes the reflections. But the radar error sounds more like a cable issue.

You are in the right spot. Some warning are normal but they should clear up within a minute of booting. Did you get any messages on the Comma screen?

I did have to pair it with my account, there weren’t any error messages on the comma, this is a 2022 lightning lariat, for reference.

I’ll plug it in again and give it more time.

When you cranked the truck, did the screen on the comma show the cameras?

The Comma says, CAN Error check connections.

99% of the time this is a cabling issue. Do you have the long USB cable that comma sent? If so it has been found to be hard to plug in. You have to push it until it clicks, which can take firm pressure.

You can always remove the device from the windshield, connect it under the dash with just the short cable that comma sent to help determine if the long cable is the issue.

Used the cable from my Apple laptop, fired right up, taking it for a test drive.
Thank you!

Reseated all the cables and tried both the USB that came with the comma and a different USB (USB C 3.2 Gen 2X2 Video Cable, 20 Gbps Data Transfer, 240 W, 10ft) with the same issue. on start up I get Pre Collision Assist, Service Advance Trac, and steering assist. When I start driving I also get the other codes below. They do not go away until I unplug the USB and restart.

With everything plugged in. Turn the truck off and remote start it. Wait about 5 minutes before you turn on the ignition and see if the DTC's clear.

Plugged everything in. Remote started for 5 minutes before starting. Did this several time. No joy. Could there be something I am overlooking?

No, just trying to separate the normal startup errors. If you are still getting errors, it is likely you have a hardware issue. Most of that should clear once openpilot/bluepilot takes over. Are you able to make a breakout board?
