Next I have to align my light bar
Did you ever attempt this?

Open frunk, turn passenger side bump stop clockwise a few full turns and driver side, a few counter-clockwise half turns (based on what I'm seeing in pics).

Close frunk, inspect, then open, rinse and repeat with half-turns until horizontal alignment satisfies.

When I did this, I also saw more uniform hood to fender lines on top edges of each side.

Any pics you could share? I have no idea what you're referring to and want to try it.

Grabbed a snapshot on that YT guy that removes his frunk tub. This is the passenger side, of course (you do not need to remove the plastic access liners/clips to do this).

May have to use channellocks for first turn but can then do by hand.

Clockwise = lowers
Counter-clockwise = raises

Found a driver-side view with liners/clips still in place.

Those adjusters align the hood to the fenders, not necessarily the light bar. Check to make sure your hood is even with the fenders if you adjusted those.

If the hood is already aligned one needs to align the light bar by itself.

That would have been great to take care of when I had my grill off. It's not happening now. Mainly just because getting the plastic clips off inside or such a pain in the rear end

Yep...I stated in my post (one before what you quoted), this aligned the hood and the light bar.

My hood is lined up to the fenders. The light bar is lined up to the hood. The problem is my passenger side headlight is about a quarter inch too low.

I did mount the camera and grill today. And the bottom of the hexagon needs to be trimmed, and more than I thought.

Keeping the original angle of the camera, and cutting only one hexagon, will limit the viewing angle achievable because the body of the camera hits the grill itself. I will trim some more tomorrow and see if its acceptable.
Were you able to get your 3D-printed "hexagon replacement" to work?

I use my latest version, but its not perfect. No mount will enable the camera to give perfect view without removing at least two hexagons. One corner of the base of the camera needs to be outside the grill to maintain the original angle.

The result with my current mount is that the image is boxed by the hexagon, even after I removed the bottom of said hexagon.

I only use my front camera to park close to things, and I don’t park that way often, I back into spaces. And the cameras from the mirrors cover a good portion of the front corners.

The next iteration will be to remove two hexagons, and hide the corner of the base of the camera in the top one, and make a cover for it, and then have the camera head poking down in the lower hexagon through the mount. Could possibly be one printed part.

I have seen some installations that ignores the original angle, and have only a round hole with the camera pointing nearly straight out. It looks nice, but unless any calibration fixes that, the view would be way off.
