Hey there. This was back in 2023. This did get fixed. There was an engineer from Ford, who saw my post and stated that they had figured it out and reached out to the dealer directly and got it fixed with a software update. Make sure they get a hold of ford engineering. Have you updated software as well? I also had an issue at one point were the software wouldn't update due to a weird 12v battery sensor issue as well.
I have been getting fairly regular software updates. Last one was the frunk security. It was after this update I noticed the 2% drain. Did they mention what they updated the software to? I have a 23' XLT SR

It was something special the engineer did I think at the time. I would assumed it would just roll it into any/all updates. Yikes. Makes me worry now therr might have a regression bug or something? I haven't had any issues with the last update I got, but something to watch out for. They should be able to fix it.

Well.... dealer acknowledged my issue. Updated my battery and charging software, charged me $350 and it didn't fix anything....

Don't you mean higher?

Edit: Oh you prolly meant kwh for 10%. I was thinking you meant a lower percentage.

Right, I would have expected ~9kWh of energy stored on the HVB for a 10% gain on a SR battery.

A couple of things stand out..

13kWh isn't 10% on a SR truck.
10% isn't 47 mi on a SR truck or a ER truck as it projects out to 470 mi of range.
13kWh over 1.5 hours is roughly 8.3kWh of charging or 35A which is a bit of an odd rate. I'm usually used to seeing higher rates on a 48A charger or closer to 32A if I'm using a slower charger. What were you charging on?

The miles added value has ~always~ been trash data, I've seen values on my sessions that imply a MPK 2.9 or more at times.

This record is saying 3.6 MPK!

Has Ford specifically explained how that value is generated? If you believe CarScanner, It's not the kWh that actually reaches the pack. The Ford app is always several kWh higher than back of the napkin math. I notice this whether I'm charging @28amps at work, 48 at home or 80 at my parent's. Today for instance, I plugged in with Car Scanner showing 67.5% and 81.69kWh remaining. When I unplugged, it showed 87.5% and 108.58kWh for a difference of about 26.9kWh. Ford app showed 30.8kWh and the Chargepoint EVSE reported 33.912. Going strictly off battery size and % gives 26.2kWh on my ER. Given that and CarScanner reporting around 131kWh when fully charged, I'm more inclined to lean to it being accurate.

Yea it's always been off, but that's much higher than even the most optimistic numbers.

I was confused at first cuz the battery went up, but the pics are reversed from the time stamp. It doesn't appear to show the charging rate, make sure you don't have a charging schedule on the charger or truck
