A number of things but one that come to mind I'm still working on. With all the cats, dogs, and small kids around, I'd like to make the backup beep louder. Not like a contractor's backhoe but louder than it is now.

More delay to the Eye front monitor.

More delay to the Hands on steering wheel monitor.

Time delay on BlueCruise eye front monitor. It is entirely too short! (Assuming Flash has BlueCruise).

Why would this list be any different than the prior years lists?

I take it as just a different way to ask what people find to be the most impactful changes to them.

While also ensuring the changes were applicable to the 25 (i.e. at one point glare free didnt work on some models).

Starting with headlights and double honk.

Global windows can be handy in the summer.

To be honest, lots of mods sound great but in practice you find you dont really notice it.

The forscan thread is huge but they have done good work condensing the biggest ones to the first post. Best bet is to find one that interests you and spend a few minutes searching. Maybe global windows isnt that big of a deal, but getting rid of the extra 'cards' on the center screen is helpful (IOD displays).

This was on my '24 Flash, but I assume 25 would be similar. The four changes I made were:
Turn off DRL completely.
Enable silent (dark / campsite) mode.
Change default headlights to be whatever it was when I turned it off (as opposed to Auto)
Changed seat belt warning to European mode (no audible warning till 14mph vs instantly).

I turned on the Glare Free headlights ( matrix ).
Also, I switched the auto-on delay when entering a tunnel, overpass or parking garage to almost instant on( maybe a second or two delay versus like the minute it used to take th system before ).

Another change I would love to do is change the auto-off headlights timing to 1-3 minutes versus the 10 minutes the truck is default to. This is in case you manually turn your headlights on and forget to shut them off. The system takes 10 minutes to turn off everything. Different than having the headlights on Auto mode.

On my '22 I added glare-free headlights and made the time the turn signal stays on with the "soft" touch a bit longer. Didn't consider looking at how to change the time the eye sensor and steering wheel use before nagging... might have to revisit that

I stopped to look at the full moon last night and sure wished I could figured out how to make it all go dark inside with the turn of a switch and the same for the outside where the taillights also go off with the headlights.

As an aside, if there is any creative person here that could put in a switch in the sync screen so the horn would beep like it is playing Reveille and also Taps I would be interested. :)

After ForScan fried the BCM in my truck (and I was lucky to get it covered under warranty because that bill was NOT cheap) I stopped using ForScan except to read and diagnose codes. I don't really change any settings anymore.

I've considered a physical switch to turn off the lighting but it may throw codes.

Is there one fuse for interior lights that could be pulled and add a fusible switch to control it?

No, at least not that I'm aware of, but supposedly the sync display is separate from the controlling module, kinda like a computer monitor, implement a switch on the power cable, realistically I'd actually use an opto relay and switch. The problem with this is, if the sync system monitors the power of the display, it could throw a fault. I'm considering it because the screen is far to bright for my taste, even at the lowest setting. Not sure if the instrument display uses a similar setup. The only reason I haven't done it yet is warranty, and even then I'm still heavily considering it.

Whoa, that's a thing? I must have missed that one in the big forscan thread. The eye monitor alerts on me all the time when I'm perfectly focused on the road, at least if I can adjust the timing maybe it would go off less frequently.
