Do not get this system. Get your money back. I own the Ford system and it only works with a lightning. Instead go with something like Sigenergy V2X that does a better job and will work with lots of EV's now and in the future.

Any contact points on your invoice / bill of sale when you placed the order?

Did you use a credit card to pay for it, dispute the charge as unfulfilled order?

Take the other members advice about the HIS system.

Instead go with something like Sigenergy V2X that does a better job and will work with lots of EV's now and in the future.

Looks like a promising option for a future install if/when my current ChargePoint Home Flex units crap out (wifi module for one is already dead).

Also another reason why I opted not to get the Ford branded EVSE. Only works with one vehicle? V2L is limited? Crazy expensive? No thank you!

There are other systems out there that you can marry with the Lightning, Solar, Battery that will have real support and better operation.

I am currently asking to give my money back after a terrible installation story and problems with the Delta inverter putting up proper control voltage.

outside of the charger, Battery Customer Service at Ford told me there was nothing they can do for me concerning the system at this point. Sun won’t respond.. delta is trying to be helpful and we’ll see how that turns out.
Love the truck, hate the HIS system.

Ask for your money back or call your credit card company and ask them to get the money back.
