My suggestion. Call Ford and ask for an “escalation”. They will give you a case number and a friendly rep will call you back. It seems that status systems update on Fridays. There are multiple systems with status on where the truck last was. While dealer has transport eta this, I heard. There is not a “known” hold but delays in transport and the tracking systems facing the customer is not update. Of course seeing the truck at the dealership will be proof . Best of lu I to all.
