Do you know if this recall affects other 2023 builds? I have had no problems with my heater until this week. Suddenly I have to turn it to 76+ to get any heat at all.

Never mind. I just looked it up. I haven’t heard anything but I’m guessing that’s what’s wrong with my heat.

Yes, though it's specific weeks of production not the entire year, assuming you were built the week of 8/14/23, but you can confirm by looking at this sticker in the drivers side door jamb, in the example the blend date was 6/9/2022 as seen along the bottom edge.

As a follow up, the dealer called me today to tell me that my truck was finally delivered.

However, I couldn't wait and found one on a lot not too far away and purchased that one instead two weeks ago.
