If there were good news, we would have heard it by now. $3,750 is the safe assumption.

According to the bill, they have NLT Dec31 to provide guidance. That being said...I am thinking if they delay...the requirement also delays?!? Meaning if they announce it say February, maybe vehicles purchased in January don't need to meet it 🤞🤞

They have to issue guidance on many items by that date, but I believe they are able on specific items to essentially issue themselves an extension.

they’re currently collecting comments from the public, which for industry participants means concerted lobbying for favorable interpretations.

lots of “smoke filled rooms” in DC in December

It also looks like the Destination and Delivery has gone up $100 to $1895 and of course the XLT also saw the $4000 increase.

See CNBC article. It does not mention whether higher trim levels are affected.

Last sentence: "Through the end of November, Ford had only sold 13,258 F-150 Lightnings."

I think they finally have it priced right now.

At $56,000 you're what? $20-25k away from a Lariat ER? That's a lot of change, but that's enough to make you wonder what an extended battery is worth ($10-$15k) and what is something like blue cruise worth ($10k according to Tesla) which means it's enough to get a meaningful percentage to consider upgrading..which is good for my F stocks.

It was such a bargain at $39K... I knew it wouldn't last at that price.

The 312 upgrade on the XLT is much cheaper than it used to be.

Yeah that was one of the big complaints before. To get the XLT in ER you had to also upgrade to the 312A package for $9K plus pay $12.5K for the battery. A lot of folks didn't see $9K value in the 312A package. It's now $5K. So while the base XLT went up $4K the XLT High price stayed the same. (Plus all vehicles see the extra $100 D&D fee). Still wish they offered the base XLT and Lariat in ER without having to add the High packages.
