Just to close the loop on this in case it helps someone else down the road.

I did try resetting (then disconnecting) the 12V battery as suggested, unfortunately, no luck. When I eventually brought the truck into the dealer, they were actually very adamant that owners should not disconnect the 12V battery on their own, as it can apparently cause issues with the vehicle’s computer systems if not done correctly.

In my case, it turned out that one of the windshield wiper motors had failed. Of course, this happened at 38,000 miles, so just outside the warranty window. The repair ended up costing about $600.

I did make multiple calls to Ford to ask about goodwill assistance since a wiper motor failing this early feels pretty premature, but unfortunately Ford was unwilling to help at all.

Posting this mainly as a data point for others, if your wipers start acting up, it may not be a software or reset issue at all, and be prepared that it could be a motor failure.
2022's had either a recall or CSP regarding wipers, mine passed the inspection with no service required at the time, did your truck go through the same check-up?

Dang, no. Frustrating that Ford did not mention that this go around either.

To be clear, the wiper motor recall was back in 2023, and they looked up the model or serial number of the motor. if it was on the list, it was replaced. If not, it wasn't.

If the vehicle had not been sold, the recall prevented the sale from happening until this was done. It would be in the vehicle records that the dealership can access. If the vehicle had been sold, a recall letter went out, and if it was in for service it would have been done. Don't assume you had a bad one that never got fixed.

But, if the owner had possession before the recall, and never took it in for service, and then sold it, a used vehicle with an open recall does not have a stop sale. If it's a Ford dealer that sold it, there would be no reason to not do the recall. But a non-Ford dealer wouldn't have any reason to do it, and might be unaware of it.

I forgot who, but I seem to remember someone having a wiper motor problem. iirc they disassembled, lubricated it and fixed the issue.

seat and steering wheel not adjusting
Make sure your settings are saved to your profile. Your profile should be number 1.
seat belt alarm
This is irrelevant but if you're really concerned then turn off the warning and back on again. Search forum how.
Doors not unlocking when you grab the handle, even with the key fob in your pocket.
Your key is too far away, try the other pocket or move your key closer to the midpoint of the doors
The AM/ FM radio with poor reception.
Check your antenna to make sure it's in correctly. Nobody will ever claim the f150 antenna is too small. Reception also quite subjective and depends on the power of the transmitter.
sensors blocked after washing the truck.
Wipe down the sensors afterwards.

You don't have any actual problems, just some learning and customizing to do.
