Annoying keep hands on wheel message

I hate to be THAT guy but I’m really tired of being on a straight level road and have that annoying message then the beeping constantly coming on. My hands are on the wheel but there is no reason to move the steering wheel. Does anyone know how to turn this off?

You must not be on a "hands free mapped road" if so, the hands on wheel is mandatory, a slight correction/counter correction keeps the nagging in check.

Agreed with OP. @Ford Motor Company 's hands on wheel detection should not need a torque input so large as to disturb the attitude of the truck. But dont hold your breath that they are going to fix it.

I don't normally have a BlueCruise subscription, so I get to deal with the regular reminder frequently. I don't generally find it all that annoying as I am generally going to keep a hand on the wheel anyway, so just a slight tug regularly. Usually I do it often enough to avoid the nag, but not all the time.

If I'm reading your meaning, turn off acc and use regular cc. Lane keeping as well.
