Blue cruise 1.4 update not completed

I'm in the same boat, so if anyone figures out how to force the update to install, let me know.

I monitor my 12v SOC pretty regularly, and it usually stays pretty close to 100% (I drive every day) - lowest I've seen it is 88% and that was a while ago.

I am in the same boat after just getting truck back with replaced HV battery pack.

I’m in the same boat. The 12v battery is good, charged. I disconnected the 12v battery for 20 minutes, and rebooted the Sync system, but I have been unable to redownload the BC 1.4 update. It is stuck on “not completed”

If the option to install now is now greyed out, you will need to wait for a new download to be sent, and by then the install might be successful.

I am in the exact same boat. I drove my truck ~160 miles last Thursday, put it on a Level 2 charger that night and saw a message Friday morning that it tried to install BC 1.4 but failed.

I have it on a battery tender right now but that is probably pointless now that I missed the lottery.

Anything you can do for me?

For anyone interested, my first BC 1.4 attempt failed and I had the "not completed" message for exactly 4 weeks. Last Thursday afternoon I noticed the redux was available and I pushed the "update now" button and everything went smoothly this time.

However, I did put the LVB on a battery tender AND the L2 charger this time. The battery tender only had 0.75A load capability but interestingly the light stayed green on it during the update. It seemed like the onboard LVB charger may have been running during the update.

BTW, I was able to try BC 1.4 out yesterday for ~160 miles and the auto lane change feature rocks!

I had the window bounce back update fail on me in June. It finally attempted to re install last week. It was successful.
