I picked my truck up on 10/4. I've not been able to get Blue Cruise hands free to work at all. I thought I was just a dummy but finding this answer points to the problem. My module date for the map expiration is 10/9. I have a call into my dealer and I hope they have the ability to do this update.

Well it turned my automatic software updates off. So i finally got the USB update from the fella on f150gen14 forum, and tried that, but it said it was already up to date. Maybe the 10 key cycles did force an update. I guess I will see in the next couple days when more drive cycles maybe causes a change to the maps date.I've done that one too many times, let me know if you have any luck!

it seems to be the initial update after purchasing the truck. Afterwards, looks like future updates are more frequent.My hands free stopy working a few days ago. Last night I got the 13/04/2023 update and it's working again today.
A lot of people received an update over the last day or so. It is unknown if a dealer visit would provide the fix although they did release a Technical Service Bulletin on the matter.My maps date in the truck expires 10/09/2022 but my subscription on Ford Pass expires 01/02/2026.
I have tried scheduled updates with automatic updates switched on and off but the truck just tells me there are no updates available.
I'm guessing this is a dealer job to sort it out?
