I was wondering if some of our Canadian (or US) friends might have some suggestions about what’s going on. I’ve traveled over 10,000 miles using Tesla Superchargers in the US and there has never been a glitch. I have a subscription. I recently tried charging at the Sidney BC Tesla Supercharger and I get nothing but faults. I tried 5 different chargers (starting the sessions with the app), 2 different adaptors, tried Plug and Charge several times and nothing works. All connections are secure. Just faults after a minute or so. Usually when I use the Tesla app, a few seconds after I plug in, it says “initializing”. It doesn’t do that here. It never gets past the attach the charger screen. It appears like it doesn’t recognize the VIN or something. Tesla’s are charging here without problem. Everything I read online suggests there is no difference between US and Canadian Superchargers. What am I missing here?
