It did for my ‘23 Lariat ER I picked up last week but I believe that changes for the 2024 model year and will not be included.

It is not included in 2024 models, AFAIK. The (non-fleet) '24 models lost the DUAL onboard chargers, and would not benefit from the current FCSP (unless the household makes use of the backup power feature): a 48 amp charger would charge those cars as fast as an 80Amp charger.

However, I think that might be misinterpreted.

If the Lariat is only available in ER then it hasn't changed.

The additional dual chargers seem to be for the pro and flash model as an option.

The first sheet says no changes, I would think they'd mention it.

The first sheet is often misleading. You have to read the whole Order Guide. Please read through that whole thread and you'll see others come to the same conclusion. For Flash (ER only), Lariat (ER only) and Platinum (ER only), they come standard with single on-board charger limited to 11.5 kW. The dual charger (19.2 kW) is a fleet only option for Pro and Flash only.
